How can we help you?

What services do you offer?

We work with community stakeholders to identify eligible residents for our housing program. We also manage a portfolio of properties and lease agreements to streamline offerings for residents and community partner organizations.

How can I be eligible for available housing programs?

Our team works with case managers and social workers to establish eligibility and initiate the referral for new residents.  All residents must be referred by partner organizations.

How do you collect rent?

Residents must be eligible for and receiving the program benefits which include coverage of housing fees.

Do you have any housing exclusions?

Behavioral Standards:  Acts of physical violence, fighting, stalking, bullying, any form of harassment, gang affiliation or activities are grounds for exclusion.

During these times, noise levels must be kept to a minimum, and the use of communal areas for social activities is restricted.
